I walked through your doors for the first time,
And I felt that I belonged to you;
You welcomed me with open arms,
And made me feel at home.

You gave me my friends,
And taught me how to love;
You gave me my teachers,
And taught me how to listen and learn.

You gave me my smile
And took away my frown;
You gave me my life
And taught me how to live.
